TOS - Terms of Service

Do not copy, heavily reference or steal my artwork.

Do not manipulate, edit, trace or copy any artwork that you have bought from me or that has been made by me.

Do not claim my artwork as your own.

Do not send me a dispute before, nor after the completion of the commission. Doing so will result in a ban from future purchases.

After messaging me and giving me the details for the commission, I will send you an invoice which must be paid upfront (unless agreed otherwise).

Please have your payment ready before messaging me (unless agreed otherwise).

Do not send the payment as one for “friends and family”. We are doing business and I as the artist must pay the Paypal fee.

Commissions that haven’t been started on can be fully refunded (unless stated otherwise).

If I’ve started the commission, I will refund half of the original commission price (unless stated otherwise).

Once I’m past the lining phase, the commission cannot be refunded.

If you do not wish for your art to be posted, please tell me when commissioning me.

Commissioned art cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Adopts:

I will only hold a design for up to 24 hours (unless agreed otherwise). If you fail to pay within that time frame, the adoptable will be released and you won’t be able to claim it again.

I won’t give refunds for designs, but you may regift, trade or sell said design.

You may sell for more than the original purchase only if there is art attached.

Once you purchase a design, you can make small alterations.

I am generally quite open to drawing any species. However, I am not comfortable drawing mechas. I am not that experienced in complex backgrounds.

I don’t mind drawing genitals and/or lewd/suggestive art, but I don’t have much experience in p*rn, and quite frankly prefer to not draw it. NSFW art is obviously only available to people of age (18+). If I catch you faking your age I will blacklist you and won’t hesitate making a public “beware” post.
